Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring an Infusion Referral Nurse- REMOTE

Prime Therapeutics LLC is looking for an Infusion Referral Nurse to provide remote clinical coordination services. You will support independent physician offices and members by locating lower-cost alternative treatment sites for drug infusions, focusing on both clinical outcomes and financial considerations.

What You'll Do

• Provide site of service solutions for patients seeking care at non-preferred treatment sites.
• Discuss the financial aspects of specialty drugs with members and ordering physicians to agree on lower-cost sites of service.
• Coordinate drug infusions at alternate lower-cost treatment sites and arrange concomitant services.
• Provide members with resources to optimize treatment outcomes using critical thinking skills.
• Support member copay-assistance programs to decrease member out-of-pocket financial responsibility.
• Maintain a required case load and activities to switch site of service treatment to a lower-cost setting while maintaining member satisfaction.
• Document and enter case data in web-based applications and spreadsheets.
• Support clinical services such as the appeals program.
• Participate in meetings and consult with management to discuss member interaction and program outcomes.
• Maintain appropriate par levels of literature and familiarize yourself with community resources and benefit information.
• Maintain an active case load and accurate case records, adhering to company policies and laws.
• Perform related duties as requested.

What We're Looking For

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
• RN - Registered Nurse, State and/or Compact State Licensure for Care Management.
• 5+ years of post-degree clinical experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Experience in managed care, specialty drugs, care management, and utilization review.
• Must meet Credentialing criteria and have a current and active nursing license.
• Ability to apply knowledge in relation to clinical findings from evidence-based guidelines.
• Ability to function independently and as a team member.
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Possesses the ability to achieve organizational goals through development of effective teams.
• Comprehensive clinical knowledge of medical specialty drugs and their management.
• Understanding of the clinical aspect of drug infusions within various sites of service.

Clinical and Quality oversight for this program is provided by the Manager, Patient Programs.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $74,000.00 - $118,000.00.
