Work as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a fully remote outpatient setting, providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients across Massachusetts. What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions via telehealth
- Create individualized treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices
- Prescribe and manage medications as part of comprehensive psychiatric care
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy during patient visits
- Document care efficiently using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists to coordinate patient referrals
- Maintain consistent clinical decision-making without pressure to reduce visit length or increase patient volume
What We Require
- Current board certification as a PMHNP-BC
- Unrestricted Massachusetts license with full practice authority
- At least four years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Proven experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
- Experience with telepsychiatry and comfort working in a fully remote model
- Proficiency with electronic medical records for accurate and timely documentation
