As a Senior Software Sales Executive focused on security software, you will lead net-new and expansion sales efforts across the UK and Ireland. Your primary responsibility is to achieve license revenue targets within defined verticals, primarily through a channel-led model. You'll collaborate closely with regional and global channel teams to identify opportunities, align go-to-market strategies, and accelerate growth through partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against sales goals by identifying and converting new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts
- Partner with channel teams across the UK, EMEA, and global organizations to maximize reach and effectiveness
- Assemble internal cross-functional support networks to guide prospects through the sales cycle
- Communicate product value clearly, connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes across the full software portfolio
- Conduct regular performance reviews using milestone tracking to adjust tactics and ensure target attainment
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and partner forums
- Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and reporting to support business planning
What You Bring
- Minimum of five years in enterprise software sales, ideally in identity or cybersecurity solutions
- Established network within the channel community across the UK and Ireland
- Proven ability to sell complex technology with strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently while contributing to team success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or MEDDPICC sales frameworks
