REEDS Jewelers is hiring a Seasonal/Temporary Customer Experience Associate to serve as a key voice of the brand. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple channels to ensure every interaction reflects REEDS's care, quality, and luxury experience. This position is primarily remote-based, with a preference for candidates living in the Wilmington, NC area.
What You'll Do
- Provide thoughtful, efficient, and luxury-level support to customers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Accurately process and manage customer orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers and store teams across the country.
- Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage.
- A quiet, distraction-free work space with high-speed internet.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on camera when requested.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week and evening shifts.
Work Mode
This role is mainly remote-based, with a hybrid work mode. A preference is given to candidates living in or near the Wilmington, NC area.
