Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Finnish Speaking Multilingual Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service to clients through multiple channels. You will be the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers and provide support in other languages as well.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support to clients in Finnish and other languages through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with other departments.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to processes to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
