About the Role

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Search Consultant to manage and influence the direct hire process from end to end. You will drive consistent full desk performance in sales and recruiting, working with clients, prospects, and candidates to meet monthly revenue goals.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the entire sales and recruitment cycle for direct hire positions.
  • Secure new business with new and existing prospects and clients, expanding your book of business.
  • Attract, engage, market, and place candidates while proactively building a strong pipeline of in-demand talent.
  • Act as an industry expert and trusted advisor by sharing recruitment expertise and workforce insights.
  • Educate others on direct hire market dynamics, labor, and workforce management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies, brands, and verticals to service opportunities.
  • Advise clients on talent strategy, attraction techniques, and employer brand.
  • Establish credibility within candidate networks as a sought-after connector to opportunities.
  • Actively source both passive and active candidates for current and future searches.
  • Interview and qualify candidates.
  • Proactively pipeline passive talent to build a talent community.
  • Conduct business development, including sharing top talent with prospects, following leads, and cold calling.
  • Apply Direct Hire methodology to manage and influence the candidate and client search process consultatively.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with candidates to prepare them for interviews and debrief afterward.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience or sales experience in the industry.
  • A history of success in a role with specific KPI and financial deliverables.
  • Client-facing and/or sales experience.
  • Prior experience or exposure to leading Direct Hire searches.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in the brand’s focus area or a related area.
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • Brand or focus area appropriate certifications or education.

  • Compensation range: $57,784 - $75,000.
