Evolve Digital GmbH is looking for a SEA Manager – Google Ads Experte für E-Commerce to take full ownership of client account performance. In this fully remote role, you will apply strategic thinking to develop clear account structures and collaborate closely with an experienced team focused on reliability and analytical depth.

What You'll Do

Set up Google Ads campaigns cleanly and optimize based on contribution margins and ROAS.
Develop scalable account structures and guide clients strategically through their growth goals.
Analyze account data and derive well-founded action steps to profitably scale e-commerce customers.
Identify performance problems early, prioritize measures, and initiate appropriate counter-steering actions.
Create precise, economically comprehensible performance reports and recommendations for clear decision-making.
Develop clients' use of YouTube Ads and Demand Gen for growth, alongside Search, Shopping, and PMax.
Stay current on Google Ads developments and actively contribute to the further development of internal standards.

What We're Looking For

Deep Google Ads experience in Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns for e-commerce.
Experience optimizing campaigns based on economic KPIs (DB1, DB2, new customer rate) and managing profitable scaling.
Ability to analyze account data precisely, evaluate profitability cleanly, and derive clear, economically justified action steps.
Mastery of GA4 basics, understanding of attribution, and knowledge of at least one attribution tool: Tracify, Adtribute, Admetrics, HYROS, or GetKlar.
Experience using YouTube Ads and Demand Gen campaigns and understanding their role in the e-commerce funnel.
Proven reliability with an ownership mentality: strong prioritization, consistent implementation, and goal-oriented work.
Structured, proactive, and clear communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interactions.
