TD Bank is seeking a part-time Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) to contribute to the success of our mortgage specialists. This role provides specialized credit support through administration and customer service, enabling specialists to focus on sales and business development while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The position is primarily remote and reports to the Manager, MMS Assistants.
What You'll Do
- Maximize support in relation to credit administration.
- Maintain good relationships with partners, including follow-up and ensuring customer problems are handled appropriately.
- Gather client documentation after initial customer meetings and process credit applications.
- Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting business timeline commitments.
- Support the customer journey through the deal process and respond to inquiries for product or policy clarification.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is received and validated according to internal processes and regulations.
- Contribute to achieving MMS credit quality objectives and meeting individual targets.
- Meet or exceed timeline commitments by processing transactions and replying to requests on time.
- Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the end-to-end credit decision process.
- Support the achievement of sales goals and business objectives.
- Understand and apply bank and business channel operating policies and procedures.
- Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence and support process improvement.
- Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with the Bank Code of Conduct.
- Be knowledgeable of the full mortgage suite of products and services.
- Participate fully as a team member, promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
- Support the team by continuously enhancing expertise and participating in knowledge transfer.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year working in a client-facing or administrative role.
- Superior computer and technology skills.
- Superior proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and a self-starter, able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed timelines and SLA expectations.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Mortgage or credit lending experience.
