TD is looking for a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant to provide specialized credit and administrative support in Calgary. In this part-time role (minimum 15 hours), you will enable Mortgage Specialists to focus on sales by ensuring efficient, accurate processing and excellent customer service throughout the mortgage application journey.
What You'll Do
- Maximize support for credit administration tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners through follow-up and problem resolution.
- Gather client documentation and process credit applications.
- Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently to meet business timelines.
- Support the customer journey by responding to product and policy questions.
- Validate all supporting documentation according to internal processes and regulations.
- Contribute to achieving credit quality objectives and exceeding individual targets.
- Meet or exceed timeline commitments by processing transactions accurately and on time.
- Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the end-to-end credit decision process.
- Support the achievement of sales goals and business objectives.
- Understand and apply bank and business channel operating policies and procedures.
- Contribute to operational excellence and support process improvement opportunities.
- Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with the Bank Code of Conduct.
- Develop full knowledge of the mortgage suite of products and services.
- Participate fully as a team member, promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
- Continuously enhance your expertise and participate in knowledge transfer.
- Actively participate in the performance management process for your own development.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year working in a client-facing and/or administrative role.
- Superior computer and technology skills.
- Superior proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced market.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Mortgage or credit lending experience.
