TD Canada Trust is hiring a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) to provide crucial support that enables our Mobile Mortgage Specialists to focus on sales and business development. This role is primarily remote, working from a home office with flexible scheduling, and is guided by our vision to Be the Better Bank and our purpose to enrich lives.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to a Mobile Mortgage Specialist in all areas of credit administration.
- Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently to meet business timeline commitments.
What We're Looking For
- Mortgage or credit lending experience.
- Superior computer and technology skills.
- Superior proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and a self-starter, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed timelines and SLA expectations.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Preference given to those who are bilingual.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Manager, MMS Assistants. Day-to-day work volumes are received directly from your associated Mobile Mortgage Specialist.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $23.37 - $31.20 CAD

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, with a primary remote work-from-home model and flexible scheduling.
