TD was looking for a Mobile Mortgage Specialist

TD is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join its growing Mobile Mortgage Sales Force. You will develop new business through customer relationships and referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners, building your own business under the TD brand. This is a commission-based role with extensive training and support provided.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate mortgage business.
  • Proactively and strategically build your customer base using an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
  • Work from a sales management system designed for the sales channel.
  • Build your own business using TD’s brand.

  • A proven sales track record.
  • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
  • An independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced market.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
  • Post-secondary education.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Mobile Mortgage Sales Force within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking division. You will report to a Sales Manager who conducts joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
