Responsibilities
- Identify and secure referral partnerships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential professionals
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Lead initiatives to grow mortgage business
- Utilize a dedicated sales management system tailored to the sales channel
- Collaborate on joint client meetings with the Sales Manager
- Attend monthly coaching sessions led by the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales roles
