Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with mortgage customers
- Pursue referral partnerships with real estate agents, home builders, financial advisors, and other key industry contacts
- Take part in initiatives aimed at expanding mortgage business development
- Use a dedicated sales management system tailored to the sales channel
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint client outreach calls
- Attend monthly coaching meetings with the Sales Manager
- Leverage provided resources and technology to effectively manage a home office setup
