About the Role

TD Bank is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to drive growth through proactive sales and relationship building. This business development role focuses on expanding TD's mortgage business in a competitive market by cultivating a strong referral network.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow mortgage business.
  • Proactively and strategically develop your customer base by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
  • Build your own business using TD’s brand and sales management system.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and strategic approach to developing your customer base.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
  • Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
  • Post-secondary education.

Team & Environment

You will be part of TD's growing Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, working closely with a Sales Manager who makes joint sales calls and conducts monthly coaching sessions. This role reports to a Sales Manager.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position based in North York, Ontario, Canada. Compensation is commission-based.
