This position involves delivering bilingual HR administrative support remotely from Bulgaria, covering various stages of the employee lifecycle. The role operates during standard daytime hours and collaborates with multiple HR sub-teams to ensure efficient back-office operations in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support for all phases of the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience through accurate and timely HR services
  • Operate remotely on a consistent 8-hour daytime schedule
  • Assist various HR sub-teams with operational tasks and documentation

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Proven experience in corporate HR settings
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administrative duties in a back-office role
