As part of this initiative, we are inviting applications from consultants with proven experience in health service delivery to join our global roster. Selected individuals may be engaged for remote or in-person assignments based on project needs, contributing to initiatives that strengthen health systems and improve outcomes in underserved communities.
Role Overview
Consultants will provide technical leadership and on-the-ground support across a range of health priorities. Assignments may include designing service delivery models, mentoring clinical teams, strengthening community health programs, and improving disease surveillance systems. Work will align with national health strategies and emphasize sustainability, equity, and local ownership.

- Primary healthcare quality improvement and assurance
- Clinical mentoring and capacity building
- Community-based health services and community health worker programs
- Immunization strategies and delivery
- Emergency preparedness and response
- Epidemiological surveillance and outbreak response
- HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria programs
- Maternal, newborn, and child health
- Sexual and reproductive health, including family planning
- Nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH)
- Chronic and infectious diseases, including neglected tropical and zoonotic diseases
- Gender integration, youth health, and disability-inclusive programming
Work Environment
Assignments may be conducted remotely or on-site, depending on project requirements. Consultants will collaborate with ministries of health, local organizations, and multidisciplinary teams across more than 150 countries. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as project needs vary by region and context.
