About the Role

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant to support our Mobile Mortgage Specialists (MMS). This role focuses on credit administration and processing tasks, freeing up the Specialist to concentrate on sales and business development. You will be responsible for processing assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently to support business timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Mobile Mortgage Specialist in all areas of credit administration.
  • Process assigned work volumes in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments.

What We're Looking For

  • Mortgage or credit lending experience.
  • Superior computer and technology skills.
  • Superior proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and a self-starter, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed timelines and SLA expectations.
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Ukrainian language proficiency.

Technical Stack

  • MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Team & Environment

You will report to the Manager, MMS Assistants. Your day-to-day work volumes will be received directly from your associated Mobile Mortgage Specialist.

  • Compensation range: $23.37 - $31.20 CAD per hour.

Work Mode

This is a casual, hybrid position based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The role is primarily remote.
