Bank of Montreal (BMO) is looking for a Specialist, Business Banking Services to help small businesses achieve their dreams through tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service. You will act as a role model, support leadership initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external groups to develop the right solutions for customers.
What You'll Do
- Probe to understand customer needs and provide Business Banking sales, service, and advice to existing customers or prospects.
- Advise customers on Business Banking strategies and products, including credit cards, that meet their objectives.
- Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Identify and make referrals to other business groups as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer situations to the appropriate colleague as required.
- Perform required activities and transactional outcomes after calls to ensure requests are processed accurately.
- Maintain current knowledge of business banking and credit card products and integrate it professionally into customer conversations.
- Engage clients in holistic needs-based conversations to develop a complete understanding of their needs and identify financial solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Report issues as needed to protect the bank and our customers.

- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
