Weekday is hiring a SDR to build pipeline by engaging with US-based customers. This remote role focuses on converting inbound free trial leads and driving outbound prospecting to schedule product demos, with a direct pathway to an Account Executive position.
What You'll Do
- Engage with inbound leads who sign up for free trials and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls and outreach to build and expand the sales pipeline.
- Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition to interior design, contracting, and real estate professionals.
- Schedule demos for product experts, with the opportunity to eventually own the full sales cycle from demo to close.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM with timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for demo bookings and qualified opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of SMB sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage prospects with curiosity and professionalism.
- Clear, neutral/global English accent for effective communication with US-based customers.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Flexibility to work US time zone hours.
- Self-driven, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
Nice to Have
- SaaS or tech sales experience.
- Experience delivering product demos for deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) under $1000.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: Rs 600,000 - Rs 800,000 (INR 6-8 LPA).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates located in India, requiring you to work a US shift schedule.
