VirtuHire is seeking a SDR / BDM (Legal Services) to drive growth for a prestigious Legal Firm by generating new opportunities and setting up qualified meetings with key decision-makers. This is a full-time, remote Business Development Representative role.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead outbound prospecting efforts across phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients.
- Book highly qualified meetings for the sales team with senior decision-makers.
- Conduct professional and articulate engagement with potential clients to represent the firm's brand.
- Rigorously qualify prospects based on suitability and specific legal service needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activity and manage the CRM system effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon activity and revenue generation targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales-focused capacity, such as an SDR, BDM, or similar sales role.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- A professional telephone manner with a soft or neutral accent.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort and availability to work standard UK hours (Monday–Friday) from a remote location.
