Cyrebro's SD Solutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support NDA, a gifting platform. In this role, you will qualify inbound leads, prospect into target accounts, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives in a high-activity, outbound-driven sales environment.
What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria
- Prospect into target accounts across different industries
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Follow up consistently with warm and recycled leads
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up
- Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-heavy sales role
- Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Strong written communication - you will write more than you will use templates
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Proven B2B experience
- Strong HubSpot knowledge
- Excellent English proficiency
