Drive pipeline growth as a Sales Development Representative for a US-based client, targeting key industries including hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and public relations. This fully remote, full-time position centers on outbound lead generation, with a focus on identifying decision-makers and setting up qualified discovery meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct targeted research to uncover prospects and build accurate, high-intent lead lists.
- Reach out at scale using email, LinkedIn, and phone to spark interest and schedule discovery calls.
- Prepare for outreach by analyzing prospects’ businesses and aligning value with client offerings.
- Manage and update lead progress in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline status.
- Work closely with the US sales team via Slack to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Optimize outreach sequences and qualification workflows based on performance and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of B2B sales development or outbound prospecting experience.
- Proven success in generating qualified meetings through cold outreach.
- Strong research abilities and the ability to quickly assess business fit.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive remotely and manage high-volume outreach efficiently.
- Minimum 4-hour daily availability overlapping with Eastern Time.
