Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product delivery teams in agile methodologies, emphasizing continuous improvement.
- Coordinate essential agile meetings including sprint planning, daily check-ins, project reviews, team retrospectives, product demonstrations, and backlog optimization.
- Eliminate project obstacles, coordinate team interdependencies, and ensure consistent alignment with sprint objectives and delivery commitments.
- Provide strategic guidance to product owners and teams regarding estimation, sprint commitments, prioritization, release planning, and roadmap communication.
- Monitor and maintain critical delivery metrics including sprint burndown, team velocity, backlog integrity, and comprehensive product progression.
- Generate comprehensive reporting on project timelines, potential risks, critical issues, and delivery quality utilizing appropriate project management technologies.
- Contribute to digital service delivery through user research, usability evaluations, and iterative solution development.
- Cultivate robust communication, transparency, and collaborative environments within teams and across stakeholder groups.
- Dynamically adapt processes, schedules, and deliverables in response to evolving user requirements, business needs, and technological opportunities.
