Thales is seeking a Scrum Master to guide and coach the multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum teams responsible for developing the Above Water Warfare Fire Control System (AWW-FCS). You will play a central role in facilitating, motivating, and supporting these teams through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to product demonstration.
What You'll Do
- Apply Agile principles and the Scrum process framework to guide development.
- Act as a mentor and coach, challenging and supporting the team to achieve optimal output.
- Work as a proactive facilitator, flexibly adapting to changing circumstances.
- Serve as the catalyst to make teams run smoother and more effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with guiding, facilitating, motivating, and coaching Agile Scrum teams.
- Experience with initiating changes and guiding process improvements.
- Graduated on at least a Bachelor level.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Dutch nationality.
