At Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd., we are looking for a Scrum Master to enable a development team building a SaaS product for energy management and sustainability in buildings. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability through agile practices.

What You'll Do

Empower the team to successfully develop a SaaS product for energy management and sustainability in buildings.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability through agile practices in team and program contexts.
Identify and remove obstacles that affect team productivity.
Ensure transparent communication of project progress and potential risks.
Support backlog maintenance and the definition and prioritization of user stories and features.
Professionally moderate all agile events, especially Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Act as a mentor and multiplier for agile values and principles.
Promote effective communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
Proactively work on optimizing agile processes and tools in close coordination with other Scrum Masters in the program.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
Willingness to work on-site with the team in Erfurt.

Nice to Have

Experience working in scaled agile environments.
Very good knowledge of Scrum, ideally supplemented by SAFe or LeSS certificates.
Experience in a software development environment, ideally with Java and/or cloud technologies.
