At Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd., we are looking for a Scrum Master to enable a development team building a SaaS product for energy management and sustainability in buildings. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability through agile practices.
What You'll Do
- Empower the team to successfully develop a SaaS product for energy management and sustainability in buildings.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability through agile practices in team and program contexts.
- Identify and remove obstacles that affect team productivity.
- Ensure transparent communication of project progress and potential risks.
- Support backlog maintenance and the definition and prioritization of user stories and features.
- Professionally moderate all agile events, especially Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Act as a mentor and multiplier for agile values and principles.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
- Proactively work on optimizing agile processes and tools in close coordination with other Scrum Masters in the program.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
- Willingness to work on-site with the team in Erfurt.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in scaled agile environments.
- Very good knowledge of Scrum, ideally supplemented by SAFe or LeSS certificates.
- Experience in a software development environment, ideally with Java and/or cloud technologies.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a program working alongside other Scrum Masters.
