What You'll Do
- Guide developers to improve their clean coding skills.
- Advise engineers and project managers on engineering environments.
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software best practices and training, such as running sessions and creating support materials.
- Support the Head of Discipline in monitoring and enhancing team performance and quality KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles.
- Experience with Agile frameworks, especially SAFe, and strong Scrum process management skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, GitLab, and DevOps.
- Skill in analyzing sprint metrics, including burndown charts and velocity, to enhance team performance.
- Capability to document processes, decisions, and project status clearly.
- Written and oral proficiency in English.
