Fil is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure smooth day-to-day delivery. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator within a team that provides technology services to the global Fidelity International business.
What You'll Do
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and assist the team in resolving blockers that hinder progress.
- Promote Agile best practices and guide the team toward self-organization and accountability.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity on priorities.
- Track and communicate team performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
- Encourage innovation and process improvements within the team.
- Maintain adherence to organizational standards and governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Background in software development or technical delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good business English skills are required.
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with Business Analysis and System Analysis.
