UDEM is looking for a Scrum Master to champion enterprise agility at the operational level. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Agile Coaches to cultivate high-performing teams, ensure the proper application of the SCRUM framework, and support the continuous generation of value.
What You'll Do
- Ensure SCRUM events are conducted effectively and support teams in adhering to timeboxing and correct formats.
- Provide technical support to the Product Owner in generating user stories, managing releases, and maintaining product vision and roadmap canvases.
- Guide and mentor team members, facilitating SCRUM sessions and onboarding new members to agile practices.
- Act as a coach in retrospective sessions, fostering a safe environment for continuous improvement.
- Support conflict resolution using frictionless techniques and promote collaboration across agile teams.
- Drive the adoption of agility frameworks and assist the team in maximizing value delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Formal training in Administrative areas and as a Scrum Master.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with full-time teams in an agile environment.
- Active Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance.
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Digital competencies and prior experience in roles such as developer or product owner.
- Knowledge of other agility frameworks beyond SCRUM.
