Thales is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving squad processes, facilitating key events, and helping teams become autonomous and self-organized. You will act as a mentor, supporting the continuous improvement of our delivery capabilities in a culture built on respect, trust, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Drive the Squad process by facilitating events like workshops and daily stand-ups.
- Help teams become autonomous, self-organized, and ready to make decisions through good practices.
- Support the Stream Leader to continuously improve delivery capabilities through best practices.
- Provide advice to squad members and project managers on application environments and practices.
- Act as a mentor to encourage apprenticeship, continuous improvement, and a feedback culture.
- Share knowledge within the Applications community through news, videos, and forums.
- Contribute to the capitalization and continuous improvement of Applications best practices and service offers, including running training sessions and developing guidelines.
- Support the Head of Discipline to co-create and track team performance and quality KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Have coaching experience.
- Recognized as a team player who thrives in collaborative work environments.

- Strong technical acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, feature teams, and the Advice process.

- Can help a team tackle human, organizational, and technical challenges to achieve team excellence.
- Can establish an environment where trust and transparency are key pillars.

This is a local-city position based in Singapore.
