- Foster individual growth through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building support.
- Guide with vision by aligning sprint goals with broader strategy and coaching outcome-driven prioritization.
- Stay pragmatic by using frameworks flexibly, simplifying processes, and focusing on tangible results.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- A Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as PSM I, PSM II, SAFe, or others will be highly advantageous.
