Lead client data conversions from start to finish, ensuring donor information moves accurately and efficiently from legacy systems into a modern giving platform. You'll act as the primary point of contact, guiding organizations through each phase of the migration process while maintaining clear timelines and strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multiple concurrent conversion projects, meeting milestones and maintaining a consistent on-time delivery rate
- Host regular check-ins and virtual meetings to keep clients informed and engaged throughout their transition
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify data inconsistencies and submit correction requests when needed
- Document client concerns, assess impact, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure resolution
- Use judgment to resolve conversion challenges independently, balancing client needs with technical feasibility
- Maintain high client satisfaction, consistently achieving top-tier feedback scores
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing projects, especially in client-facing SaaS environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Background in data migration or system conversions, with comfort navigating databases and relational structures
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations is a plus
