neoris is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment for software and mobile development teams. You'll join a multicultural culture focused on innovation and delivering high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Support continuous backlog refinement to ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Monitor team progress towards sprint goals, maintaining full transparency of progress.
- Remove impediments and facilitate the team's focus on delivering value.
- Drive a collaborative environment between design, mobile engineering, backend, QA, and product.
- Promote Agile practices, quality discipline, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between product vision, roadmap, and team capacity.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with adjacent teams when cross-cutting dependencies exist.
- Foster experimentation, learning, and adoption of best engineering and delivery practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Scrum Master in software or mobile application development teams.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Outstanding facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced English mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobile development environments (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and modern pipelines.
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments with multiple squads.
