In this role, you will lead the configuration and optimization of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) modules, including Forecast Collaboration, Quality Collaboration, and Vendor Managed Inventory. Your work will ensure seamless integration between SAP Business Network, Ariba applications, and backend ERP systems through CIG connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Ariba SCC components to support evolving supply chain needs.
- Manage integration flows to maintain reliable document exchange and automated processes across platforms.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs for sourcing, contracts, and supplier management processes.
- Provide functional expertise across the Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, supporting end-to-end procurement workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues in Ariba SCC and procurement modules with precision and speed.
- Support transactional processes including purchase orders, advance shipping notices, goods receipt, and invoice handling.
- Lead supplier onboarding to the Ariba Network, ensuring compliance and effective adoption.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams during testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support deployment of new capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in SAP Ariba SCC configuration and integration. Proven knowledge of CIG and ERP integration is essential, along with implementation experience in Ariba Strategic Sourcing. Familiarity with end-to-end procurement cycles and supplier enablement processes is highly valued.
