Support critical healthcare technology by diagnosing and resolving technical issues for users across health services. As an Associate Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining systems that directly support urgent care delivery, ensuring minimal disruption through timely fault resolution and clear communication.
What You’ll Do
- Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and user environments
- Resolve incidents efficiently and escalate complex issues with clear documentation
- Provide responsive, empathetic support to users, building trust through professional interactions
- Contribute to technical knowledge bases and follow structured processes for compliance and quality assurance
- Assist in root-cause analysis tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage in ongoing training and skill development to grow technically and operationally

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues in end-user devices and software
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on explaining technical details clearly

Work Environment
