As a Remote Language Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging talent worldwide. This on-call, temporary position supports hiring needs across diverse regions and time zones, requiring strong sourcing abilities and clear communication in English.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment—from initial candidate search to interview coordination and offer support.
- Use professional networks and internal systems to source qualified individuals globally.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ensure alignment.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, adapting to project-driven workloads.
- Keep candidate data current in recruiting platforms and internal systems.
- Support onboarding engagement efforts after placement.
- Occasionally assist with weekend availability based on hiring demands.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in global or fast-moving environments.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience with behavioral and structured interviewing techniques.
- Self-motivated mindset with a focus on solutions and adaptability.
- Reliable internet connection and personal device for remote work.
Preferred Skills
