The Associate Academy Content Consultant plays a key role in shaping how users learn to use advanced marketing technology. As part of the Academy team, you'll help build clear, effective learning resources that guide users through product features and best practices, enabling them to succeed independently.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine training content such as e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and assessments, following direction from senior team members
- Work with subject matter experts to gather insights and help define learning goals
- Apply core instructional design concepts to create engaging, user-centered experiences
- Support the organization of training into structured learning paths and reusable content blocks
- Identify opportunities to improve existing courses and assist in updating materials
- Collaborate across departments to promote knowledge sharing and product understanding
- Contribute fresh perspectives and suggestions to enhance learning outcomes
What We're Looking For
You’re detail-oriented, curious, and thrive in collaborative settings. You’re comfortable managing your time effectively and communicating clearly in English. A strong interest in learning design and user education is essential, along with a willingness to dive into new topics quickly.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

- Interest in cross-functional collaboration
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Background
- Coursework or experience in education, instructional design, or customer support roles
Work Environment
This role is based remotely within Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with optional access to office spaces in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
