Rula is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architectural vision across our Salesforce ecosystem, primarily Health Cloud and Data Cloud within a multi-instance environment. You will define and drive the integration strategy, guide scalable solution design, and enable high-quality DevOps practices, partnering with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable systems that power mission-critical workflows for a company dedicated to mental health care.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience working in Salesforce as a Technical Architect or a combination of Architect and Developer roles.
- Deep experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using tools like iPaaS, custom APIs, or ETL pipelines.
- Strong understanding of environment and release management, including version control best practices and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Flow, and design patterns for scalable development.
- Extensive experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components), JavaScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML.
Nice to Have
- Experience in multi-instance Salesforce environments, particularly leveraging Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments, including best practices for data privacy and security.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect) or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and supporting teams through process transitions.
