Rula is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architectural vision across our Salesforce ecosystem, primarily Health Cloud and Data Cloud within a multi-instance environment. You will define and drive the integration strategy, guide scalable solution design, and enable high-quality DevOps practices, partnering with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable systems that power mission-critical workflows for a company dedicated to mental health care.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience working in Salesforce as a Technical Architect or a combination of Architect and Developer roles.
Deep experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using tools like iPaaS, custom APIs, or ETL pipelines.
Strong understanding of environment and release management, including version control best practices and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Flow, and design patterns for scalable development.
Extensive experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components), JavaScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML.

Nice to Have

Experience in multi-instance Salesforce environments, particularly leveraging Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments, including best practices for data privacy and security.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect) or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and supporting teams through process transitions.
