Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions that support evolving business needs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. This role is central to shaping the technical direction of large-scale Salesforce environments, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and built to grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture for multi-cloud Salesforce deployments, from initial design through deployment and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and system workflows.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints, integration patterns, and architectural diagrams that follow Salesforce best practices.
- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms.
- Lead discovery sessions and feasibility studies to assess technical requirements and identify optimal paths forward.
- Define data migration approaches, including cleansing, transformation, and load sequencing, to ensure data integrity.
- Establish data governance policies, security models, and access controls aligned with enterprise standards.
- Set technical standards for configuration, development, and release processes, including CI/CD pipelines using Copado or Gearset.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct platform evaluations, performance tuning, and long-term roadmap planning.
- Support testing phases, including system validation and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful delivery.
- Document all architecture decisions, integration specs, and technical guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom automation tools including Agentforce and custom actions.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
- Working knowledge of AppExchange solutions including DocuSign, Conga, DemandTools, Cloudingo, Checkmarks, PMD, OwnBackup, and Vonage.
- Salesforce certification as a Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect required.
- Consultant-level certification in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agentforce Specialist credential.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Pardot integrations.
