What You'll Do

Drive expansion by cultivating and managing referral partnerships with technology platforms, human capital management providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors focused on small and medium-sized businesses. You'll design and scale networks that generate qualified leads and unlock new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance—to identify and resolve partnership challenges quickly and effectively. Work closely with Partner Marketing to develop and launch initiatives such as educational events, targeted email campaigns, and webinars that boost partner engagement and sales performance.

Set clear business objectives and performance benchmarks with partners, tracking pipeline depth and revenue impact. Use these insights to refine go-to-market strategies and demand-generation efforts for maximum effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years building and managing relationships with tech, HCM, or financial advisory partners in the SMB sector
  • Proven success in sales-driven roles with measurable quota achievement
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate independently
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication abilities that foster trust and credibility
  • Openness to feedback, continuous learning, and personal accountability
  • Willingness to engage directly in operational problem-solving
  • Ability to spend three days per week in the field

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Salesforce to track and manage sales pipelines

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $70,000 with total On-Target Earnings between $130,000 and $140,000, including $70,000 in variable compensation. Equity grants provided to employees. Additional financial support includes a monthly work-from-home stipend and quarterly lifestyle allowance.

Work Environment
