Shape automation solutions for enterprise clients by aligning technical capabilities with business goals. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with sales teams to assess opportunities, identify customer challenges, and build compelling value propositions that demonstrate real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical presales efforts from discovery to solution design, including customized demos and proof-of-concept implementations
- Develop secure, scalable architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud deployments of automation platforms
- Respond to Rfx inquiries with technically sound, business-aligned proposals
- Address client concerns around security, infrastructure, and platform integration during the sales cycle
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap enhancements and ecosystem integrations
- Share expertise through internal knowledge sessions and external speaking engagements or publications
- Support marketing through thought leadership, event participation, and industry outreach
What You Bring
- Proven experience in technical sales roles such as Presales, Solution Architecture, or Sales Engineering
- Strong grasp of automation technologies, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), process mining, and orchestration
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise IT environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa
- A proactive mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and driving adoption
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with the UiPath Platform is an advantage
