Role Overview
As a Clinical Sales Associate, you will partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to advance the adoption of robotic-assisted surgery within an assigned territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with surgical teams and hospital staff to support the effective use of advanced surgical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to create and execute strategies that increase system utilization
- Develop deep clinical knowledge across surgical specialties to guide program development
- Train operating room personnel in all phases of system operation—before, during, and after procedures
- Support surgeons and care teams in identifying appropriate surgical applications for the technology
- Assist in organizing regional events to raise awareness and encourage adoption
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to generate qualified leads
- Contribute to sales targets by supporting instrument and accessory revenue growth
- Manage administrative duties including activity reporting, expense tracking, and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven success in fast-moving, performance-driven environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
