As a Rental Sales Agent in Newcastle, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and satisfying customer experience. You’ll guide clients through the vehicle rental process, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their rental needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Process rental agreements efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Highlight and explain additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Respond to questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Meet or surpass individual and team sales objectives
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any damage
- Keep up to date with promotions, services, and product offerings
- Build lasting customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals
- Perform vehicle detailing, cleaning, refuelling, and transportation as needed
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfort using digital systems for transactions and data entry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven workplace
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A valid Australian driver’s license with no major demerits
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- A positive mindset and willingness to contribute as part of a team
