About the Role

Work remotely from Kenya in a full-time role supporting US-based healthcare operations during a fixed night shift (6:30PM – 3:30AM EAT, Monday to Friday). This position plays a central role in coordinating care delivery by managing caregiver schedules, staffing client shifts, and ensuring seamless communication between field staff and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily assignments for healthcare workers and ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
  • Conduct screening and hiring of caregivers, supporting onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Deliver responsive customer service via phone and digital platforms, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate staffing reports and support payroll processing and HR functions for field staff.
  • Use digital tools including documents, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms to manage workflows and service delivery.
  • Foster strong working relationships with US colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Need

  • At least three years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English with clear phone and video communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital documents, spreadsheets, and online applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A reliable, distraction-free home office setup and availability for the required shift.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and respect in workplace interactions.
