As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers as they manage and adjust their car insurance policies using an intelligent digital platform. Working fully remote, you’ll respond to incoming calls, guide users through policy details, and process changes such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sharing documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist policyholders with inquiries about coverage options, benefits, and policy adjustments
- Process service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer records are up to date
- Support retention efforts by identifying concerns and offering practical solutions for at-risk accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A genuine interest in helping people and improving their experience
