Role Overview
As a Territory Account Executive based in Vancouver, you'll lead new business development for a leading Internet services platform, focusing on enterprise clients. Your work will center on identifying and engaging commercial accounts that need scalable solutions for online performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic plan to grow revenue within a defined territory
- Engage technical and executive stakeholders to demonstrate how services solve real-world Internet challenges
- Build persuasive, tailored value propositions that align with customer needs
- Lead contract discussions and drive deal closure
- Track and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with strategic accounts
- Ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with partners when beneficial to customer outcomes
What You Bring
- At least three years of hands-on experience in technical sales
- A solid grasp of computer networking fundamentals and Internet infrastructure
- The ability to quickly learn and explain complex technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- A self-driven attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
Nice to Have
- Background selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, or SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions
