Trimble is hiring an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, EMEA

About the Role

The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, EMEA plays a central role in shaping personalized marketing strategies for Trimble’s most strategic global accounts in the region. This position works hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Managers to move client discussions beyond standalone products toward comprehensive, enterprise-level workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute highly tailored marketing initiatives for a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts.
  • Lead regular planning sessions with sales teams to convert marketing insights into targeted engagement strategies for C-suite audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact campaigns using ABM-specific tools and methodologies.
  • Partner with Workflow Managers and cross-functional teams to support unified, solution-based sales narratives.
  • Expand pipeline by identifying and engaging new executive stakeholders beyond traditional CRM touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should bring experience in demand generation or account-based marketing, with a focus on enterprise-level clients. Success in aligning with sales teams to influence senior leadership and accelerate long sales cycles is essential. Proficiency in interpreting data and translating technical workflows into compelling marketing stories is required.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ABM technologies like 6sense is expected. Prior exposure to construction, geospatial, or transportation technology sectors is an advantage.

Work Environment & Culture

This is a hybrid role with a base in the UK and one remote day per week. The position requires minimal travel. You’ll join a purpose-driven team that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation.
