What You'll Do
Design and implement robust solutions using OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards. Translate business needs into efficient, maintainable technical designs and ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems through APIs and middleware technologies.
Work closely with architects, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver high-quality implementations within an Agile environment. Take ownership of performance tuning, troubleshoot platform issues, and uphold best practices in development and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity)
- Deep familiarity with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
- Solid foundation in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud functionality
- Experience building custom logic with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP protocols
- Background in Agile or Scrum delivery methods
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Must be currently located in the Philippines
