About the Role
The developer will be responsible for creating and managing Salesforce-based applications, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring system reliability, performance, and security across environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to understand functional requirements
- Develop custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Write clean, well-documented code following best practices
- Support testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce applications
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce instances
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce environments
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, and process automation tools
- Optimize system performance and user experience
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features
- Conduct code reviews and support knowledge sharing within the team
- Assist with user training and documentation as needed
