Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive specializing in the Health & Life Sciences (HLS) vertical. In this role, you will be a quota-carrying top sales performer, focused on new logo acquisition and managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead to close. You will be an integral part of the NeuraFlash sales team within Accenture, driving growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform as a key Account Executive focused on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with customers.
- Tightly partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations, including Core AEs and SEs in the HLS organization.
- Act as the 'quarterback' with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction and grow our brand.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities.
- Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience by delivering quality and timely responses.
- Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts.
- 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Health and Life Sciences companies.
- Industry knowledge and strong network with Salesforce channel partners.
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions.
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion to succeed and drive the company forward.
- A B.A./B.S. degree.
