Huntsman is hiring a Sales Territory Manager Rockies Region (Remote - Must reside in Denver or Salt Lake City)

About the Role

Huntsman is hiring a Sales Territory Manager to support its Polyurethanes Division in the Rockies region. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Denver or Salt Lake City and will report to the Regional Sales Director.

What You'll Do

  • Drive spray foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Develop annual business plans outlining the activities needed to exceed quota.
  • Meet regularly with clients to deliver the Huntsman value proposition and gain specifications.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
  • Conduct intelligent, persuasive business conversations with business owners and decision-makers at the contractor, distributor, and specifier levels.
  • Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals.
  • Provide regular competitive intelligence updates, including in-kind and out-of-kind pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling all administrative requirements, including timely email responses, expense submissions, pricing requests, performance management tasks, and related items.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales within construction or building materials.
  • An unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • Must reside in Denver or Salt Lake City (relocation will not be provided).
  • Travel requirement is approximately 75%.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative and time management abilities.
  • Sales-oriented and analytical.

Nice to Have

  • Solid experience in the construction or building materials industry—preferably with a background in spray foam or insulation.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English).

Work Mode

This is a remote position but requires the candidate to reside locally in Denver or Salt Lake City.
