Solventum is hiring a Sales Specialist, Dental Solution (South of KL) to drive business growth in the dental industry. In this role, you will be responsible for attaining sales objectives and implementing strategies for designated accounts. You will analyze market potential, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with clients and channel partners.
What You’ll Do
- Attain sales objectives and operating plan targets for the fiscal year.
- Implement sales strategies for designated accounts as aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Utilize the CRM tool (SFDC) to standardize sales processes and follow up on marketing leads.
- Analyze market potential within the assigned territory, monitor sales progress, and provide status reports.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to synchronize sales efforts.
- Engage existing and prospective clients by presenting and advocating for medical products and solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to address customer requirements effectively.
- Develop and sustain positive, fruitful relationships with business and customer networks.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices, ideally in the dental industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and demonstrating extensive salesmanship.
- Experience working with Channel Partners and Distributors in the market to develop business via market coverage and penetration.
- Experience collaborating with Scientific Education & Evidence and Clinical Specialist teams to enhance clinical education and conduct relevant training activities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational skills with a capacity for managing multiple priorities.
- Adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
